Introduction
Adult falls are considered as an aspect that primarily affects the elderly patients, associated with the use of drugs. To address this challenge, the implementation and integration of the multifaceted intervention programs remain essential since the process minimizes adult falls in different regions. This paper seeks to establish the elements that need to be considered to implement the plan successfully and the manner in which they are communicated to the stakeholders.
