The EAT-Lancet Commission on Food, Planet, Health brought together over 35 international experts in order to reach a scientific consensus that defined a sustainable and healthy diet. According to the information provided by them, healthy food is something that consists of macronutrients and micronutrients as well as has been obtained from natural sources.
I think that what we eat and how we cook our food affect our health and challenge the sustainability of our planet.
