According to Tasha Smith, self-study refers to a research study that focuses on improving, working together, and employing multiple, in particular, qualitative methods to formalize the work teacher educators do while teaching prospective teachers. On the other hand, narrative inquiry is the practice of questioning aspects of teaching and learning using quality storying experience.
