The Iron Giant
           The article by Van Gelder published on 4th August 1999 on the New York times is a review on the film ‘The Iron Giant’ Attack on the Human Paranoids by the Warner Brothers. The film was based on the 1968 writings of Ted Hughes (Hughes, 2018). The Iron Giant is based on what is considered as the fearful years of the Cold War (Gelder, 1999). The article analyses the Cold War the fears and the dominance of the military in various aspects, especially on their influence on governance. It brings out how various forces were combined to protect humanity and democracy.
