i need a letter expressing great regret and remorse, for an accident that transpired on august 18, 2023. in long island city queens New york
while operating the vehicle which is a 2021 mercedes benz gle - someone ran a red light as i swung away i then swerved into a puddle of oil and lost control of the mercedes and struct a parked delivery van on the lift side.
in this letter please mention that i Kevin Smith have taken the responsibility of a two week car rental
the first week car rental was in the cost of $676.08 date august 22-30
the second week car rental cost is $390.56 date august 30th to sept 6th.
i kevin smith also paid for a tow truck from long island city to woodside queens costing $550.00
another charge for a tow truck from woodside queens to brooklyn NY was $250.00
then another tow from a auto bodyshop to another autobody shop in brooklyn NY costing $200.00
with deep consideration i kevin smith is giving Michael A. Campbell $5000.00 to satisfy the charges and fees for a new vehicle and not to be liable or responsible of any moneys, charges or fees from this day going forward of incident that transpired on august 18, 2023.
