Chapter 7 in the book “Memory” discusses semantic memory and stored knowledge (Baddeley et al., 2020). Semantic memory stores and retrieves processes of information related to facts, concepts, and generally known knowledge. Examples include vocabulary, formulas, and even study skills that are important in academics.
