Summary
The company is always looking for avenues in which we can improve the efficiency of how we conduct our business. One of the departments we have deemed important to improve is communication. This is to apply to all Prudential Singapore employees regardless of the hierarchy and most importantly when dealing with the customers. That is why the Prudential Singapore Action Equation and Conversation Platform is taking place to ensure that they gain the needed skills to be a more eloquent representative of the PACS brand.

Communication is an integral part of human existence, especially in business. Being a good communicator ensures that you can interact with investors, employees and other entrepreneurs by being able to express yourself clearly. The purpose of Blackburn's strategic initiative is to ensure that leaders get a guideline to instill good communication skills irrespective of power and hierarchy to achieve our collective and individual performance goals.
The success of this initiative is dependent on the managers of Prudential Singapore. This is because the managers get to give out the instructions. However, being in a position of power or loud does not necessarily mean that you are a good communicator. Therefore, Communication should be structured in such a way there is engagement in all parties involves. Also, there is a need for Blackburn to monitor the activities of the managers in their implementation of the action equation and conversation program.
As a CEO wishing to implement a new process for communicating strategy Blackburn will remind the leaders to ensure that the employee managers are aware of their responsibilities. This is because when first introducing something, the people need to be informed on what to do, how and when. Also, I will always remind them of the importance of this activity to the point that it might seem repetitive but all this is to make sure they understand the severity of the matter. Elements of the Action Equation and Conversation Platform.
This is a proposal designed to ensure businesses and people involved achieve their collective and individual performance goals. It is also focused on encouraging collaborations and promoting customer satisfaction. Some of the elements in the Action Equation are:
* Ensuring that all managers and supervisors undergo training to develop teamwork skills and how they can implement them with Microsoft Teams.
This will be used to measure the impact of the communication strategy by observing how they will respond to the training. This will be analyzed against the overall expectations of the training on what it is to be achieved by the end of it.
* All employees are also required to participate in an online and face to face training on teamwork and the Microsoft software.
The above strategy by Blackburn is specifically designed to ensure that Prudential Singapore employees gain the necessary communication skills to interact with the leaders in a higher hierarchy and also to provide the best customer service possible.
The impact
The desired impact from the Action Equation and conversation platform is a well-coordinated communication system from the highest position of a company down to the customers. The proposals will have the following impacts on the employees of Prudential Singapore.
* Training and teamwork encouragement will create a feeling of togetherness among the employees and managers such that they start to feel a sense of belonging to the PACS organization.
* Through the use of Microsoft Teams, a team mentality will be instilled and they will develop skills and competencies that will thrive in a collaborative environment.
* Employees will value customer experience and satisfaction irrespective of their position in the company.
* Customers will also be influenced by Action Equation and conversation platform because the employees will be dedicated to ensuring they have the best experience and interaction with the company. Overall it creates a sense of pride for all individuals involved with the company thus encouraging them to use their social networks to promote the PACS brand.

I believe this approach will enable you to efficiently conduct your assignments and serve our customers efficiently.
