In every project, it is crucial how estimates are obtained from vendors as this is the way that will save the project unnecessary costs and save time. Therefore, when the purchasing department does a market research on the availability of materials and their prices as well as the quality of the market, they will report this to the project manager. The manager will then choose a specific vendor or vendors who will be supplying the project materials.
