It is with my sincere acknowledgement that I failed the course and I could not meet the 1.7gpa in the business finance and business marketing. I cannot underestimate my desire to perform in these courses and am very willing to retake the course.
Firstly, I had experienced a series of climatic challenges in the previous season. I was allergic to weather and experienced serious allergies. I could sneeze throughout and could not concentrate in my classes. I stayed at home and could not attend several lessons. This affected my performance in the course greatly. Given a chance to retake the course, I have my personal plan of activities that will help me to achieve the objectives of the courses effectively.
Business Finance
This course is very challenging by its nature. The calculations area very technical and it only requires a prepared and dedicated mind in order to perform in the course. One of my strategies in understanding this course is the dedication of my time to practicing the financial calculations. I have resolved that I shall have to solve at least three financial problems before I sleep and when I wake up. I strongly believe that practice in the calculations help a lot on comprehending the various calculations. Secondly, I shall have to attend all classes. Unlike other courses, this course requires a lively audience in order to comprehend it well. With my attendance I shall be able to see how the calculations are done by the instructor. The examples performed in class are important especially when I shall be performing my personal calculations. Also class attendance can help me ask questions in areas that I do not understand from my personal practices. Thirdly, I have approached my three friends who are willing to join me in forming a discussion group. Once I am given an opportunity to retake the course we shall come up with a time table for the group. In this manner we shall be able to develop each other and achieve the expected analytical and calculation skills as by the course objectives.
