Learning theories are applicable in several settings, such as dog training centers, daycares, schools, and even homes. My preferred setting for passive observation was a dog training center since I am passionate about dogs, and for years, I have wondered how dogs acquire some skills through their training. The outstanding learning theory at this center is operant conditioning. Therefore, this essay delves into operant conditioning, how it works, and its components. It also looks at the studies related to this particular learning theory. Observation Trainers in the dog training center train various breeds of dogs of all different ages.
