Women do contain varied leadership styles as compared to men. I believe that women have different leadership forms from men because they usually apply feminine principles in their leadership techniques. Women are not hung up on hierarchy, but they believe that work is part of their life. They are caring and make insightful decisions, as well as put their love in their labor. Women often believe that profits should be used responsibly in the world as opposed to men who often pursue the bottom line, which women believe should remain at the base. I believe that the confusion resulting from this variation is that men leaders are caught in the traditional stereotypical managerial organizational existences, which tend to pressure women into conformity to these beliefs.
I believe that there are sex variations in the management styles. Women leaders find the conventional leadership styles to be imposing which sometimes causes them to have a stressful life. For instance, they tend to believe that a family of children and career combination is untenable.
