Colleagues, I am honored to be among your team and be part of the success story of this great organization in achieving its goals. Please allow me to briefly introduce my education background and employment history so we can get to know each other better. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education degree at the American College of Education, Chicago, IL, and am expected to graduate in June 2024. Alongside the Doctorate program, I am also taking the Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Childhood Education (1-6 General) and the expected conferred date is August 2022. Prior to this year, I was conferred a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Monroe College, Bronx, NY with a bias in General Management in 2019. In my MBA, I focused on gaining, training, retaining talent. During my undergraduate, I pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the West Indies, Bridgetown, Barbados, which was conferred in 2014.
