It is a fact that the success of any event and the safety of the people involved depend on the ability to prevent the occurrence of risks. According to Komljenovic et al. The consequences of improper hygiene in food handling, storage, or preparation are disastrous and may lead to several incidences of foodborne diseases among the attendees.
