Introduction
In this article, I have reflected on my experience in information literacy during my course work. I have looked at how the course work helped develop my skills, the work I did, the questions I understood and where I did not and also recommended on what can be done I in order to improve the course work in the future. For the purpose of this essay, literacy is defined in the context of broad curriculum requirements that involve reading, writing, listening and speaking. Literacy thus requires formal handwriting and other multimedia functions.
From my personal experience in learning the module I have to look at my own meaning and identity in information literacy, I had to look at multiple dimensions of literacy and the way it reflected to shaping my own career. In this way, I came to learn that personal goals and objectives are also the primary aspects that control own literacy in any subject of my choice; it allowed me to interact with the learning environment. In order to enable myself improve on my personal skills, I had to form discussion groups. These were based in different subjects and books that we were asked to read through. These groups were very crucial as they allowed me to express myself in the best way possible, especially on the philosophy in literacy that had post to be a challenge for me in the past.
