The first factor that rendered the campaign successful was depicting the company as one that cares about the factors affecting the community. The main target of the campaign was to curb the growing problem of reduction in the honeybee population. Notably, the company was not directly affected by the CCD, but it showed concern, knowing that the issue would trigger food insecurity.
