The workplace has changed radically over the years. Employment is no longer classified based on the relationship between the worker and the employer. The various activities that occur during the employment process, such as pay, hiring, supervision, evaluation, coordination, and training are all conducted by various organizations (Weil, 2014). Just like a rock that has a fracture that expands with time, the workplace has also undergone fissuring.
