The PowerPoint acts as a perfect reference for concepts on group work and teamwork. For instance, as explained in the PowerPoint, groups can be divided into two; formal and informal groups. To everyone else, a group has a single definition as long as it involves two or more people working towards a common goal. However, as seen in the PowerPoint, groups should be classified based on the roles they serve. If a group is created within an organization to help solve an internal problem or enhance creativity, it is a formal group.
