Until recently, the Pittsfield Mall Outlets Evening Shades location management has come to gain increasingly significant frustrations due to its incompetency in enhancing the associates' morale to do the duties that have been assigned to them. Through assessing a considerable number of associates, it is apparent that some challenges have to present for the prevention of new hires from having an insight on their duties appropriately to facilitate their effective accomplishment.
A survey involving the associates was administered and designed to determine what could be the confusion caused. The survey's outcomes confirmed that consistent training limitation or lack was a contributing factor. The corporate is currently allowing training 24 hours.
