If I were the Supreme Court judge, I would agree to execute the desegregation plan of multiple school districts despite one school having committed the illegal discrimination vice. My approval would be in line with Brown v Board of Education (1954) spirit and ruling. The decision upheld was to integrate the inequality inherent in educational facilities.
