The goal of every nurse is to further their professional leadership goals. This reflective account will enable me identify an implementation plan to achieve my personal goal for my leadership growth. I will also be able to identify my strengths and weaknesses in my practice. My personal goal for my leadership growth entails my development and training as a nurse and effective communication capability with colleagues and patients operating in the health sector. This ultimately facilitates receipt of information that effectively explains the patient problems and methodologies of treatment (Garber, Gross & Slonim, 2010).
