More than 30 people were ensnared when the Chilean Copper Mine disintegrated. The incident was aired and a number of people were concerned about the salvage of miners that had been ensnared. The reporting and the announcement to be used needs to be appropriate in a manner that families of those miners receive a quick response on updates about how the situation is like since a number of families may want to take part in rescuing the miners. I would consider that the family members of the miners that were trapped need a lot help at such a moment and this help varies from any kind of encouragement that would sooth their tension.
