The United States government and other state regulatory agencies incorporate and implement bills passed by the legislature to investigate and monitor business compliance with set laws. The businesses in the country and the government are directly linked with actions of one party having different consequences. State regulatory agencies and the government aimed to promote economic growth by providing a conducive environment for both large and small businesses. The regulatory agencies and State government may implement several tools and strategies to promote business activities within the country.
