Introduction
Law refers to a network of rules that a certain specific population‚ fraternity or a particular community or country recognizes and identifies to be the set platform of putting controls of the actions of their members (Neubauer, & Meinhold, 2016).
Types of Law
Constitutional law refers to rules that are very essential and basic. They help determine how the people who govern are chosen or generally selected. An example is the constitution of the United States which is the most supreme law in the whole of the land. The other is the State constitution and there’s no particular time it’s allowed to conflict with that of the federal level. The Statutory laws refer to the laws that are made and passed by federal or just state legislatures. The laws are codified in the books of Statue (Neubauer, & Meinhold, 2016).
The case law‚ commonly known as either common or precedent law‚ is a body that gives judges a guide on deciding issues that they often handle. It is about looking at a common ground in which different people will be treated fairly relative to one another‚ it is not about checking on merits and deserts (Zehr, 2015). Just like it is shown in the scripture‚ Psalms 99:4‚ God was just when He blessed the descendants of Jacob rather than those of his brother Esau‚ who didn’t care about God’s blessing when one day he was hungry and even went to an extent of selling his birthright to his brother.
In conclusion‚ justice is what matters a lot despite the availability of many laws and court decisions. Appl...
