Rodrigue is a critical case that presents vital problems of the personal responsibility of fiduciaries in connection with the pension fund administration. Court’s Finding of Personal Liability In Trustees of Empire State Carpenters et al. v. Rodrigue, the court held that Rodrigue was liable for unpaid pension contributions based on a breach of fiduciary duty.
