The criminal justice system being plagued with several trends is a fact that cannot be disputed. Ranging from gangs, terrorism and criminal activities in general, the criminal justice system has been coupled with many challenges. The challenges have been further increased by the advancement in technology which is ever changing. Criminal activities are now shifting from the traditionally violent forms to a less violent form that is aided by the advanced technology. As a result, the criminal justice system has to update its style of execution of duty to ensure all criminal activities are minimized and that justice is implemented to the letter (Stan and David, 2014). The e-corporation criminal justice system is also another form of trend that has been observed within the criminal justice system. Its efficiency is highly rated although, an access to electronic gadgets for relaying of information is a prerequisite. However, with all the system in place it is efficient and interactive. For instance, when criminal activities are updated through the media or in cases when they are reported through such devices as cellphones and telephones. This form of criminal justice is mainly enhanced by leading dailies newspaper and broadcasting stations.
