Baker 2017-Ohio-7766," presents legal issues in estate planning, focusing on the validity of the will and the requisite formalities. Reason for Will Challenge The will was challenged in Bogar v. Baker regarding whether it is a valid will, testator's capacity, and coercion. The opponents of the will claimed that at the time when the testator was drawing the will, he had screws loose, and before signing the will, the testator was not in the proper frame of mind to make decisions about the management of his wealth.
