Constitution and Systems of Michigan State
This essay critically analyses the main articles in the Michigan State constitution, relationship between the U.S. Constitution and the constitution of the Michigan State. Lastly it looks at that education, judicial and social systems in Michigan, effectiveness of these systems and the areas that need some improvements.
The main articles in the Michigan State constitution are Declaration of Rights, Elections, General Government, the Legislative Branch, Judicial Branch, Local Government, Education, Finance and Taxation, property and lastly Public Officers and Employment, (Susan, 1996).
The U.S. constitution prescribes the limits of federal powers the state constitution like Michigan describes the structure and process of governmental powers not delegated to the federal government.
