Background Statement
The subject in question here is the job evaluation at Happy Town neurology, which involves solving of a specific issue assigned by the CFO, as part of the evaluation process. It is a chance of promotion, since the new job hinges upon solving of the particular problem at Happy Town Neurology. (Buchbinder & Shanks, 2011).
Major Problems and Secondary Issues
The main issue here is the managing of costs and revenues at the facility. The CFO is focusing on how the issue of the cash budget and any other budgetary obligations would be handled effectively. To ensure that the problem is dealt with effectively, the CFO has provided all the necessary information, including the information on loan processes as well as the details that the facility might need so as to get the operating loans for the following financial year. The secondary issue here is the expected promotion to the new job. The success of the promotion heavily hinges on the effectiveness of the budget handling that the CFO will assign as the evaluation criteria.
