Which of the five reasons to document do you expect to be most concerned about?
The reason for most concern in documentation is moderating malpractice risks and clinical errors by having clear and concise clinical documentation (Selvis, 2017). It ensures appropriate allocation of resources, effective revenue cycle and advance payments. The process reduces the difficulties involved in processing claims and inappropriate reimbursement of funds.
Reflect on how you would determine if an Internet site is providing reliable information.
The internet has several reliable and unreliable websites. To determine if an internet source is credible, I would check the publishing institution to note if they are trusted and have evidence of reliability and integrity. Credible sources are typically run by NGO's, government agencies, foundations and universities (Machackova & Smahel, 2018). I will also check on the author's names and check them up on search engines to assess their credentials. Anonymous authors tend are more of impostors and are generally unreliable.
