As the healthcare industry moves from a fee-for-service model to a value-based system, healthcare systems are looking into a wide range of services and activities to ensure they align with the new approach (Ellison, 2023). In this talk, we will detail three different types of services or programs that healthcare systems may choose to use, along with important examples from other businesses that may be useful in some way (Nadarzynski et al., 2019). In the past few years, telehealth services and remote tracking have become much more common because they make giving medical care from a distance easier. This has led to an increase in the number of people who can get medical care and decreased costs usually associated with this.
Organizations like the Cleveland Clinic have successfully integrated telehealth services into how they treat patients.
