A good research problem should be decided, meaningful, and relevant. Developing a research problem can be an increasingly challenging task. However, there are specific tactics to implement to ease the process. First, it is recommended that the researcher begins with a broad topic to mobilize different avenues of exploring within their search for a feasible research problem. Concept mapping and brainstorming are some of the approaches to create subtopics and potential research problems. Second, the research should conduct preliminary research to gather knowledge about the topical issues.
