Weaknesses:
1 The hospital has expensive medical procedures for delivering babies and surgeries among other health services.
2 The hiring process of the organization can take a minimum of three months.
3 If the patient has a special case, it might take up to 3 to 4 weeks for them to be attended.
4 The benefits provided by the system are expensive.
5 Poor medical leadership that has not maintained the pace of the current trends.

Opportunities:
1 Since the facility has been chosen to be given funds for its expansion, there is a high possibility for the organization to earn more income.
2 The hospital is the only one that provides several health care services in the county.
3 There are equipment only owned by the Maricopa Integrated Health Systems
Threats:
1 Language barrier.
2 Most patients do not have health insurance.
