There is a need for more health research projects led by nurses that have positively shaped research work, and I apply my research skills to patient care problems (Mackey & Bassendowski, 2017). This is most common when using the best evidence from peer-reviewed articles to guide my decision making. When focusing on Evidence-Based Practices, I have learned to look more keenly into the formulation of clinical questions that arise in professional nursing nature, locating information through systematic procedures, contextualization of the information implementation or intervention or change of procedure and evaluating the impact of changes. Appropriately Apply Emerging Patient Care Technologies and Utilize Sophisticated Information Management Systems (HIT) in Healthcare Setting Technology is one of the main drivers of change in the health sector, and since they enhance interactivity and interconnectivity, there are useful tips to improve care delivery. Commitment to know the various health technology platforms has been essential to access and provide quality information, which patients would require. There are multiple advances in patient care technologies and health information management systems, and electronic health and medical records are some of the most commonly used in the US. The technology also helps in monitoring health progress and this has been associated with improved outcomes, and I try to get familiar with different technology to provide accurate health information. Analyze and Implement Appropriate Nursing Practices in Accordance with the Complex Interrelated Requirements of the Healthcare Policy, Finance and Regulatory Environments Positive learning experiences during clinical practices are essential in the learning process, given the importance of the relationship with what one learns and their professional development. Courses such as ECON 315 Econ analysis and NURS 360 Budgeting and Staffing assignments have helped me appreciate the importance of policies and financing to provide adequate care, where proper planning and budgeting are important for the projects to continue as expected. The nursing degree and clinical practices are a fundamental part of the training of future professionals and have helped me to adjust better in the health environment to provide care. At the same time, I have come to appreciate the importance of practices, protocols, standards and health policy to guide health practitioners and prevention bundles are some of the most used quality standards in hospitals that nurses must follow to improve the safety and quality of care.
