The healthcare legislation in the United States has played a crucial role in the execution and administration of healthcare in State and Federal governments. Along these lines, there has been an extensive emphasis in California on passing healthcare legislation bills into law that intends to augment the healthcare quality in the State. The chief aim of this paper is to describe the bill passed by the Senate in California in the year 2015 to boost the quality of healthcare.
