There are various ways employers and employees can comply with OSHA standards as you have clearly listed in your post. It is true that employers and companies need to understand what is required of them in meeting OSHA standards so that they can comply with such standards and these requirements are provided in the website managed by the U.S. Department of Labor (2019). One important requirement you have listed is the one for protection of employees working in hazardous environment. It is important that employers with hazardous chemicals in their workplaces have to develop and implement a program and train their workers on the hazards they are likely to be exposed to. Without such a program, then the employers will not have complied with one of the most important OSHA standards.
