Introduction
The key problem faced by Oman Royal Hospital is the delivery of low quality services and numerous complaints from the patients about this issue. This problem has largely been brought about by the fact that this health care organization is understaffed; the few workers are overwhelmed by the large number of clients. In addition, the personnel are underpaid and they feel demoralized. It is notable that the underlying cause of the hospital offering low quality healthcare services is limited funding to employ more staff.
Solutions to the problem
Some of the solutions are already implemented in other healthcare organizations. These solutions include: (i) Seeking additional funding: Oman Royal Hospital currently has limited financial resources and this is a major hindrance to the provision of quality services. Other organizations have conducted fundraising initiatives to raise additional funding to meet their financial needs. By offering such services, hospitals obtain extra income to fund their increasing financial needs (McAlearney, 2009). Other healthcare organizations have sought additional funding by simply soliciting it from the government. As implemented in other healthcare organizations, this solution seems to be working since the healthcare organizations were able to have more funds to meet their financial needs.

As such, the optimal solution is essentially to increase the number of healthcare workers at Oman Royal Hospital. Other healthcare organizations that faced the problem of low quality of services becaus...
