As a result, achieving the many expectations in the sector require progressive and transformational leaders that understand the mechanics of overcoming diverse challenges and stimulating growth in the firms. Thus, this paper will investigate and illustrate what good leadership in the industry constitutes, identify fundamental skills for such an individual, and the techniques for implementing these skills in their workplaces.
