As you establish your goals and objectives for this course, you are committing to an organized plan that will frame your practicum experience in a clinical setting, including planned activities, assessment, and achievement of defined outcomes. In particular, your plan must address the categories of clinical reasoning, quality in your clinical specialty, and interpersonal collaborative practice.
For this Assignment, you will consider the areas you aim to focus on to gain practical experience as an advanced practice nurse. Then, you will develop a Practicum Experience Plan (PEP) containing the objectives you will fulfill in order to achieve your aims. In this practicum experience, when developing your goals and objectives, be sure to keep PMHNP clinical skills in mind.

Practicum Experience Plan
A nursing practicum involves applying the knowledge and skills of nursing to real-life events and situations. A practicum experience plan is a more effective way to ensure a nurse achieves a certain practicum. A practicum experience plan describes in detail the skills one should develop. It highlights the preceptor and the student's roles and the specific objectives and goals, description, and a timeline for the practicum objective. This paper, therefore, develops a practicum experience plan that I will use in my nursing practice. This practicum will allow me to apply my knowledge and skills to a hospital environment with a preceptor's guide.

The setting of the project will be an elementary and intensive care unit in the institution's hospital.
Project aims, objective, and goals
This practicum experience aims to improve personal knowledge and experience using a clinical nurse preceptor. To achieve this goal, I will use the following two objectives; first, I will polish the necessary skills that will help me to evaluate student performance accurately. Secondly, I will develop a clear understanding of the instructor's roles and the student in a given clinical setting.
I will apply two competencies under the National League of Nursing. The two competencies include "Facilitate learning" and "Using Evaluation and Assessment Strategies (Sastre-Fullana et al., 2017). Facilitating effective learning may be a challenge. To create a better student education, I will apply the various learning strategies I learned in my coursework. I will embrace and understand the various ethnicity and cultures in a certain learning group. Each student relates differently with the significance of learning, and therefore these students need to be understood and recognized. Under the second competency, "Use Assessment and Evaluation Strategies," I will apply Bloom's domain of learning. The three fields include the psychomotor, cognitive, and affective domains. According to Bloom (1956), the areas of education are essential for any learning to occur. In my practicum, I will apply the psychomotor and cognitive domains. To achieve the mental environment, I will educate the nurses in critical care on various related topics. Then I will administer a test on the subject and then assess it. This will enable me to understand the knowledge the nurses acquired on the subject. For the psychomotor domain, I will educate the nurses on the correct procedures and proper equipment use.
