Introduction
Healthcare services are concerned with many activities requiring a proper understanding of the universe and life in it. The major role of nursing or any related medical career is to handle individuals, who are alive. Since human beings are subjected to death, it is also essential to understand the concept of death — the nature of the world around us is somewhat confusing due to various mysteries in life. Besides, another definition states that spirituality is thought to be certain experiences that are meant to bring a person closer to some divine powers. In the real sense, the spirituality defines the connection between human beings and their divine world. The divine world may be ancestral spirits or supernatural beings, who are believed to be gods and are worshiped for protection and providence. The connection is usually believed to be achieved through prayers, which is thought to be linking the spiritual world with a person’s soul. The divine powers are believed to be fundamental factors in religions and even in most traditi...
