Most of those who focus on the nursing profession always have a specific story that drove them to the profession. Nursing can be classified as a calling since it focuses on saving human life. Most applicants of nursing education always have a passion for saving lives (Glerean et al., 2019). Like anyone else, I also have a special story that motivated me to the profession. The main factor that drove me to be a nurse is my grandfather's condition in the ICU. After accompanying my grandfather to ICU, his condition changed my mind, and I knew I would be a nurse.
