Offering the best hospital experience for sick patients demands coordination and communication between all healthcare professionals. The cooperative approach is referred to as an interprofessional team. Through this type of collaboration, nurses, doctors, and several other stakeholders work together to offer the highest quality care. Interprofessional teamwork allows different healthcare professionals to collaborate to attain one common goal with different knowledge, skills, and talent.
My Role as a Member of an Interprofessional Team
