There was an instance where the colleagues I was working with at a particular hospital were all newcomers, fresh from college. Therefore, they needed to gain practical experience in a busy, high-pressure environment. They almost made serious medical errors, especially in surgical preparations. I had to guide them through, assigning them a specific duty and ensuring they did it diligently. I also emphasized the importance of cleanliness and proper sterilization of surgical equipment. It became their gospel, and they picked up well.
