The Organizational Readiness to Change Assessment (ORCA) Tool can be used to evaluate the significance of the evidence linked to the predicted outcomes of the study. It supports modifications in the medical practice and assesses the capacity of the organization to adapt to changes. Specifically, the ORCA tool oversees the following: 1) It evaluates the evidence by combining clinical experience with the updates in the medical practice and patient preferences.; 2) Its context is based on organizational leadership and member acceptance; 3) The facilitation assessment is based on the organization's characteristics (Crittendon et al., 2020).
