The facility also has a new information technology management center, which handles all professional staffing solutions within the hospital. As part of the management protocols, the hospital has tasked you with tracking professional certifications, tracking legal issues within the hospital, and providing detailed monthly reports on the general functionality of the health administration department.

Write a six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you:



Provide a detailed summary of your hospital's organizational structure. Include a tabulated description of the levels of professionals within the organization. Describe the duties of each major head within the organization.

Provide a detailed hypothetical mission and value statement for the hospital. Provide a rationale for the development of your particular mission and value statement.

Outline a detailed feasibility plan for the hiring of nurses, physicians, and allied professionals. Provide a rationale for the chosen plan, and explain the main reasons why the plan in question would be suitable for use with different health care professionals.

Justify the use of information technology to increase patient services. Provide a summative table of some pros and cons of using information technology in an era of networking and security breaches.

Health administration is the branch that deals with the management, organization and administration of healthcare facilities like the hospitals, healthcare systems and hospital systems and networks. The holders of these posts in the different healthcare facilities are responsible for policy making, facilitating the policy implementation, and ensuring that the specific goals are attained (Showalter, 2012). The administrators are thus the focal point where the control of hospitals is located. This is the heart of the hospital. The managerial individuals are the highest in the employee hierarchy in a hospital. The structure of a hospital administration depends on the type on the type of health facility. The normal managerial structure in an organization should be used when it comes to a hospital with special attention to the choice of each individual who is holding a position in the administration. This paper focuses on a hypothetical case of a hospital organization, the organization structure, the hiring plan and the deployment of technology within the organization.

This is the organizational structure that exists in a typical health institution. The structure provides a smooth flow of communication in both directions which ensures that the hospital is running in the optimum conditions providing the best healthcare while still attaining the set goals.

These are mandated to managing the hospitals crucial day to day work. They make the important decisions concerning the running and welfare of the hospitals. The individuals are most of the times employees whose managerial services are required by the hospital owners.
Board of Executives Trustee
These individuals are the key figures in the ownership and existence of the hospitals. They are of different types depending on the type and nature of the hospitals ownership. In a private hospital for instance the executive are the main shareholders. And the nonprofit hospitals volunteers head the board. The board of the executive’s chairman acts as the top most person in the organizational structure hierarchy.
Departmental heads
These are the CEOs of different departments. They represent each and every department in the executive meeting. They are answerable to the hospital CEO and they are promoted from among the most hardworking people on that department.
Patient Care/welfare Managers
The work of these is mostly in the medical responsibilities rather than the administrative one. They do not have a lot of people to supervise and hence they can work and supervise how the patients are handled and making sure every patient is given enough attention depending on the urgency of their conditions.
Junior staff
This is the main work force of any hospital that drives the day to day smooth running of the hospital. They have the lowest academic qualifications and thus less paid. Their services drive the hospital and ensure that the other workers are fully taken care of and provided with the best working conditions. These people have very specific job descriptions and duties, which hospitals need them to perform very well to ensure the safety and health of patients (Feigenbaum, 2015).
