From the evaluation, my diet suggests that I am on the right track. However, I will need to reduce my fats intake to stay healthier. I will manage to consume less fat-containing foods by making some of the meals at home rather than buying from food vendors. Foods from outside tend to contain unknown amounts of fats and cooking my meals will give me more control over what I take.

The quality of my diet can significantly be improved by decreasing my fats intake. I will accomplish this goal by replacing foods that contain fats with more nutritious alternatives that provide similar benefits. For instance, instead of having Cheddar cheese with higher fat content, I can replace this with reduced-calorie cheese or low-calorie processed cheese. Another alternative would be to take fat-free cheese to improve the quality of my diet.
