My goal/s for this competency is/are to:
* I will introduce a weekly question and answer (Q&A) session where students can ask questions about their clinical experience. Each student will have an opportunity to ask a question and discuss their practical experience, which I will evaluate. This will ensure students gain the most from their clinical environment because of my engagement.
* After every session, I will provide my students with a case study and ask them to evaluate the case study. I will ask them to present their evaluation every two weeks to assess their critical thinking skills.
* I will attend nursing educator groups every week to collaborate and create new strategies to assess and evaluate learners based on existing research. I will contribute to the discussions by sharing the strategies I apply in my class.
