MIDTERM OSCE REFLECTION Name: Course title: Professor: Institution: Date Due: MIDTERM OSCE REFLECTION LEARNGUIDING QUESTIONSL Look back, play back your experience in your head (as a movie) and think about every detail from your experience with the Midterm OSCE. E In my clinical midterm practical test, I was given an assignment of taking care of a patient suspected to have an infection of a wound on his left tibia. I was tasked with transferring the student (who was my colleague) from the bed to wheelchair. All these time, a teacher was assessing my work to give a final evaluation on my performance. A The teacher’s evaluation indicated that I had obtained a U (unsatisfied grade) meaning that I had actually failed on this practical. This was because, apart from negligence of basic nursing ideals such as considerations of PPE and personal hygiene, I did most of the things the wrong way. I think that this result was due to poor preparation and lack of concentration on my part. In additi...
