The ISP is not only a scripted outline of deliverables in an academic setting, it is a tool for identifying and following a time-management schedule for said deliverables. When reviewing a student's ISP, how will you determine whether the allotted time placed for an individual (or collective) deliverable is appropriate? If not appropriate, how would you guide the student in making reasonable time-management decisions?

Individual Success Plan (ISP) Instructions
Use this form to develop your Individual Success Plan (ISP) for this Nurse Educator Student Teaching (NEST) training course. An individual success plan maps out what you, the MSNEd student, needs to accomplish in order to be successful as you work through this course and complete the capstone portion of your program. You will also share this with your facilitator at the conclusion of the first week of this training.
In this ISP, you will identify all of the objectives, tasks, and/or assignments relating to the 36 training hours you need to complete to successfully complete your NUR-665E course. Specify the dates by which you will complete each tasks and/or assignments. Your plan should include a self-assessment of how you met all applicable GCU Domains & Competencies (see Appendix A).
General Requirements
Use the following information to ensure successful completion of each assignment as it pertains to deliverables due in this course:
* Use the Individual Success Plan to develop a personal plan for completing your training hours and self-assess how you will meet the course objectives related to this training.
Show all of the major deliverables in the course, the topic/course objectives that apply to each deliverable, and lastly, align each deliverable to the applicable University Mission Critical Competencies and the course-specific Domains and Competencies (Appendix A).
