Describe a time when you had a successful interview or when you interviewed someone who was successful. What strategies were used that made the interview successful?
Description
Conducting an interview is not an easy task. However, one day, I remember conducting an interview with an artist which he later admitted went well. I was nervous and had to find ways to calm myself as the interview was in progress. However, I made sure that the interview was done well, there was enough time for each question, and the artist did not feel attacked at any point. The interview lasted 30 minutes but felt like we had been talking for more than an hour. Throughout the interview, I had a notebook where I scribbled things as I followed the answers being provided. The things I scribbled helped me develop follow-up questions, and this made the questions a bit consistent.
