The organization operates close to 20 short stay medical hospitals within 14 states in America. Currently, I am working in one of the affiliate medical facilities of Tenet known as Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, based in Southern California-Orange County.
Fountain Valley Regional Hospital opened its doors to the public in 1971 and is dedicated to offering a broad range of quality services that service and meets the growing medical needs of the community. This facility remains the first in Orange County to offer its clients a residential certified Primary Stroke Centre and Chest Pain Centre that are accredited by the Joint Commission. The organization’s efforts are consequently evident in its qualified physicians, staff members and nurses who strive to offer patients quality care.
Thesis:
New times have brought with them several advantages aimed at meeting the health needs of consumers, an aspect that requires the commitment and effort of Fountain Valley Regional Hospital management team to incorporate efficient infrastructures and management approaches aimed at achieving excellence in customer service. This paper consequently seeks to establish the medical institutions capacity in establishing effective approaches in remaining competitive in the industry.
Evaluating the Organization’s Workforce Management Program
Fountain Valley Regional Hospital takes pride in its collaborative efforts offered to its employees that is comprised of a dedicated team of workers who are skilled in different areas of healthcare. Fountain Valley Regional Hospital’s facilities are spread in the state of California, with the management team of this organization believing that they have the capacity of offer its clients the best care services as compared to its competitors. In consideration of this, the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital healthcare system is known for its internal marketing approaches. The healthcare facility heavily invests in their employees, an aspect that has a considerable level of impact on the quality of dispensed services that the facilities offer to patients through its employees (Armbrister, 2012). Investments done to enhance the welfare of the employees heighten their work effort’s thus making Fountain Valley Regional Hospital stand as the best health care facility in the delivery and dispensation of quality healthcare services.
